Whitney Elizabeth Houston is a performer from Newark New Jersey on 9th August, 1963. Their parents include gospel superstars Cissy Houston(n e Emily Lee Drinkard), and John Russell Houston Jr. Whitney's cousin Dionne Warwick sings as well. At the age of a small girl, Houston began singing professionally with the choir of her church. Houston sang the backing vocals for Chaka Khosn's single from 1978 Im Every Woman with her mom. Then she went on to perform backing vocals for Lou Rawls, Jermaine, and her mother. She began working as a lead vocalist with the New York-based funk band Material and it was the high quality of her vocal work with them that attracted the attention of several major record labels including Arista with whom she signed in 1983. This is where she was for the rest the duration of her career. The first Whitney Houston album was released in 1985. It would become one of the best-selling album by a musician. From the album, she released several hit singles including Saving the Day, All My Love for You How Are You Going to Know If You're a Good Person? and The Greater Love of All. This led to her achieving seven US number one hits consecutively. The singer beat the Beatles. Album was sold out in US 3,000,000 copies, and later went to 25,000,000 globally. The album gave her the first of the six Grammy Awards she has won. The Whitney album released in 1987 which featured the songs The Bodyguard, I Wanna Dance With Somebody and Where Do Broken Hearts Get to, continued her success. It was The Bodyguard of 1992 that turned her into one of the top-selling artists in history. Though the movie was not very well received, nor was her performance, the music of the film's Dolly Parton version I Will Always Love You reached the number one spot on both singles and albums charts in the United States for a period of time. She sold 44,000,000 copies. It was also in 1993 when she got married Bobby Brown, an ex-New Edition musician and father of her only child Bobbi Kristina Brown. Her daily consumption of the drug was well-documented.
Dana Bash (also known as Dana Ruth Schwartz) is a CNN political reporter and anchorwoman. In the past, she has produced shows for the network, such as Evans & Novak' Late Edition' and Inside Politics'. The awards and honors she has received include inclusion in the Women in Washington Power List" by Elle magazine. She is known for her incredible anchoring and reporting skills she is admired by a lot of young journalists within the business. The George Washington University graduate is a loving mother to one son. She's been got married twice. She's currently unmarried. Bash is a strong, independent and tough woman. She loves her fans.
